PET bottles: yes, with conditions
PET bottles (500ml or less, with cap) are allowed into Tokyo Dome. Water, tea, sports drinks β all fine. The cap must be attached. Bottles over 500ml may be questioned.
What else passes
Food: bento boxes, onigiri, snacks, sandwiches. Portable chargers: any capacity, no issues. Cameras: compact, mirrorless, DSLR all allowed (no flash during play, no tripods). Blankets, seat cushions, binoculars. Team merchandise and cheering goods.
What doesn't pass
Cans of any kind (beer, juice, anything). Glass bottles. Outside alcohol. Tripods and selfie sticks. Long umbrellas. Laser pointers, fireworks.
The security process
Every bag is visually inspected at every gate. Staff open your bag and look inside β takes about 10-20 seconds. To speed things up: have your bag partially open as you approach. Don't bury prohibited items at the bottom. Choose gates farther from the main entrance (shorter lines).
What happens if you have a can
Security provides a paper cup. Pour your drink into the cup, hand over the can. You keep the drink, they dispose of the can. Quick and painless.
Budget tip

How to buy tickets
