Sendai is closer than you think
Just 90 minutes from Tokyo by shinkansen, Sendai is the perfect day trip for baseball fans and food lovers. The city is famous for gyutan (grilled beef tongue) and has one of NPB's most fun ballparks.

Home of the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles. The stadium features a Ferris wheel, carousel, and eagle-themed kids' park — it's a full amusement park experience. Walking distance from Sendai Station (about 20 minutes) or a short bus ride.
